A Sprint Backlog is a list of tasks, user stories, and work items selected for completion in a specific Scrum sprint. It is created during Sprint Planning and represents the team’s commitment to deliver a working increment of the product by the end of the sprint.
Key Components:
- User Stories – Features or functionalities selected from the Product Backlog.
- Tasks – Specific activities required to complete user stories.
- Task Ownership – Assigning responsibilities to team members.
The Sprint Backlog is continuously updated as work progresses, helping teams track and prioritize their efforts effectively.
