It is a set of actions an employer or corporate union pursues that are illegal under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). These rules identify the way the employee, employer and union must interact. It protects the employees and workers from getting discriminated against or from unfair treatment by the employer. It has created an extended list of rules and actions that an employer must consider while interacting with the employer.
