An employee’s attendance for the day goes into LOP, or Loss of Pay, and they are not compensated for the day when they fail to show up for work or submit an application for leave. When an employee shows up for work but their attendance is not recorded because of a technical or manual problem, the attendance system records a LOP (Loss of Pay) and deducts the employee’s daily income. The employee received a reverse wage since the employer must reverse or reimburse this LOP. We refer to this as LOP Reversal. The LOP Reversal report has been prepared and is available for system generation.
