“Leave” refers to taking a vacation or holiday, or taking a break from work. Every Indian payroll firm has established leave policies with several types of leaves that employees can take whenever necessary for personal commitments. An employer can specify a specific amount of leaves for each employee in a given year with the use of a leave policy. It includes the quantity and kind of leaves as well as the requirements for employees to be eligible for them.
