The acronym for knowledge, skills, and abilities is K.S.A. This phrase refers to the credentials required of a person in order to carry out a particular job. When choosing a candidate for a specific position, the company looks for these particular qualities. KSAs are primarily used to measure the attributes that will make a candidate stand out from the competition.

It refers to the current ability to carry out an observable activity. This indicates that skills have been proven through actions or conduct that resembles what is needed in the workplace. Aptitudes are not the same as abilities. Simply said, aptitudes are the capacity to carry out an activity.
