An intern is a recent graduate or trainee who works for a firm unpaid to gain experience under the guidance of an expert. An intern receives a temporary job with the company and is not trusted to handle a lot of work. An intern’s primary goal is to gain knowledge. An intern frequently ends up landing a job at the same company where he is interning. Although most internships are unpaid, some companies compensate interns to encourage and facilitate productive work.
Interns can learn in a variety of professional fields, such as architecture, interior design, medicine, the pharmaceutical business, media, journalism, reporting, creative and graphic design, and animation. An intern receives temporary authorization to enter a business, do the responsibilities given to them, and gain knowledge of how the business operates and makes money. After school, this is the first stage in which he or she encounters the actual world.
