Employee happiness and loyalty within a company are measured by the Employee Net Promoter Score, often known as eNPS or employee NPS. Analyzing how people feel about their jobs is essentially helpful. Here, “promoters” refers to the extremely contented and happy workers who will tell others that their company is a great place to work.
The NPS rating system is intended to determine the likelihood that workers will refer a company to others. Initiated by Bain & Company and Fred Reichheld to assess customer experience and feedback, the eNPS concept is based on Net Promoter Score, a metric used to measure customer loyalty.
