It can be defined as a candidate&rsquos perception of a company&rsquos hiring procedure. It can be measured by asking for feedback during or after the interview and learning about the candidate&rsquos experience. When a company&rsquos candidate satisfaction score is below average, it is considered that they care less about the candidate&rsquos experience and do not keep the same on priority. In such cases, candidates post their experience on social media or Glassdoor which leaves a bad impact on the company&rsquos brand.
