Attendance The feature that allows employees to make corrections to their own attendance is called regularization. An employee can punch in or out using an attendance gadget when working from the office. However, employees can apply for “Work from home” status by using the attendance regularization option. The attendance will be immediately updated upon the manager’s approval of this request. Based on the hierarchy you have established in the program, the application submitted by the staff members via the employee self-service is sent to the HR department or the reporting manager. The regularization request will instantly appear on the attendance screen after it is accepted.
