Absent With Out Leave { AWOL }

The acronym for “absent without leave” is AWOL. It indicates that an employee is not showing up for work without authorization or notification. It gives a bad impact on an employee’s profile and in many companies, depriving AWOLi can lead to official punishment. As long as due procedure is followed, it grants employers the authority to fire employees. It is not a smart choice at all and may have detrimental consequences for an employee’s career in the future. An employee must complete the process to leave their position if they are unhappy with their employer.
