It’s reasonable to presume that you have lofty objectives to complete the appraisal letters you’ve been meaning to write for the past few days following the individual performance review. An email confirming appreciation is sent by management and HR as the last step in the process. Effective appraisal emails are advantageous to the company and its personnel. Employee evaluations are a continuous process. Let’s use the performance management system to make sure that the future goals are suitably aligned once you send out the email! 

A written account of an employee’s contributions to the company is called an appraisal letter. It is a paper that lists an employee’s advantages and disadvantages.

It is typically delivered following an employee’s performance assessment and serves as a source of inspiration for the workforce, which eventually contributes to an organization’s success.

Sample 1 

Subject: There will be good news soon!

Hello (First name of employee Last name of employee),

We would want to express our profound gratitude on behalf of the (Company’s name) for your commitment and significant contribution to the expansion of our company. Given your performance rating for the year 20XX-20XX, which is (state the rating), we would like to prolong this evaluation letter. Your yearly compensation has been adjusted to (state the amount), and it will take effect on (state the date). The payroll department has received a copy of the same.

We hope you’ll keep working with the same dedication and contribute to the company’s development.

I’d like to wish you well in the future once more. Feel free to contact the HR team or management if you have any more questions or concerns.
