To guarantee that both parties are satisfied, negotiate advantageous contracts and agreements with clients. Respond quickly to consumer questions and concerns to improve the calibre of customer care. Keep abreast of the competitive business environment and the most recent trends in the industry.

Job Responsibilities 

Work together with internal teams to improve the customer experience and assist overall sales efforts.

Create sales reports on a regular basis and inform management of departmental activities, advancements, and day-to-day difficulties.

Participate in conferences and industry events to expand your professional network and meet potential customers by demonstrating your products.

To find growth prospects, keep an eye on rival activity and market shifts.

Based on customer input, help the product development team create enchantments for the product.

To find new company prospects and potential customers, conduct market audits.

Create campaigns and promotional content in close collaboration with the marketing division.

Oversee the whole sales funnel to guarantee that every lead is followed up on quickly.

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.

Two years of prior experience working as an account executive or in a comparable sales position.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

The capacity to establish a solid rapport with both clients and coworkers.

Outstanding ability to persuade and negotiate.

Strong project management and organizing abilities.

Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite.
